Mole's Cottage: on the edge of the Wolds, a place you can return to after a day of exploring Lincolnshire.
If you like walking there are numerous country walks close by including The Viking Way, Chambers Wood and The Wolds Way to name a few. Golf? Woodhall Spa the home of English golf is only a few miles away along with its quaint Cinema in the woods.
If motor racing is more your thing, renowned Cadwell Park is a mere 20 minutes away but if you prefer the four legged racing then Market Rasen is 12 miles away.
We are not far from the East Coast which along with the traditional seaside of Skegness there is Donna Nook well known for it's seal colony (certain times of year).
Horncastle home of antiques is a 10 minute drive, here you will also find numerous tea shops.
There is Lincoln, famous for its Cathedral which has appeared on the big screen (Da Vinci Code) also the Castle; home of the Magna Carta, just to name a few of its highlights.
For younger visitors attractions include Rand Farm Park and Woodside Wildlife Park.
The village's pub is only a 10 minute walk away (The Sebastopol Inn) for food and drinks, as well as numerous eateries in the surrounding area.
